Realationships in the Work Place
Do you have to be friends with your co-workers? I think this is a yes or no answer because it depends on your situation because you probably knew that person before you started working and you had a past with the person. I can understand why you wouldn't want to be friends. But I lean more towards yes, you should be friends with you co-workers. Build a bridge and get over it! Something my mom would tell me. You need to learn to forgive and move on. Why? because in a work place where everyone gets along can help build a great team and lead your jobs business to success! When a client, customer, or someone you need to help in your job sees everyone working together in a positive environment they know you guys are professional and know what you are doing. Also you always to need to communicate with your co-workers and if you have a resentful feeling towards that person its going to be hard to get work done and people who come to get service in your job will notice and would probably not come back again or even worse let your supervisor know what they seen. Plus its always good to be friends with your co-workers, you can have fun and enjoy work because who wants to go to work in a negative environment. In my job at Rue 21, my co-workers are around my age and its always fun! We have a good time at work and are always in positive mood. One time while working cash register a customer told me "I never seen someone so happy working their job before." If a customer can see a good work place they'll come back more often. Customers love our store because of our employees positive work ethics and plus we also have good deals.
Work Ethics
Ethics refers to well- rounded standards from right and wrong that humans ought to do, commonly use in rights, obligations, benefits to society, fairness, and specific virtues. Ethics is also a system of moral principles. They affect how people make their decisions and lead their life. Ethics also plays a huge part for someone who works, it teaches them a lot of responsibility. It also teaches someone about accountability, the value of money and the value of contributing. Some other work ethic are time managing as they learn to balance multiple tasks. For some having a job can also help someone excel in school. When their busier and had more going on they know its time to focus and get work done in class because they know they won't have anymore time for that after school ends. I personally agree with this because I have two jobs and work straight after school. I always try to get my work finish in class instead of after school because as soon as I get home, I go straight to bed and repeat the next day. But with preparation, encouragement, and support from my parents I can carry on these work ethics and success into my adult hood. I once read somewhere "Its not the job that's going to make you feel important. Its what you do what that job, with that responsibility. Whatever you do, do you very best of your ability."

My Writing Challenges
Writing is a skill that every person should know, at least the basic of writing a simple paragraph. You need to use writing for your education, professional, and your social life. But there are some people who have their own struggles in certain areas of writing. I personally think my writing skills are decent but I would like to enhance my writing. For instance when I'm writing a essay and I sometimes repeat the same word. I would like to improve my vocabulary, so I can use big smart words instead of repeating the same word. By changing your words, it can get the the reader interested in what you are writing about. Another challenge I have in writing is spelling correctly, this is very important in writing. In order for the reader to understand what you are trying to write, you must spell correctly. They may mistake a word for another word and get confused. My challenges in writing won't stop me from advancing and polishing my skills. I am determine to become a better writer.

Will I be motivated to work for money or for the love of my Job?
The career I have been interested in lately is becoming an Elementary School Teacher because I love working with kids. Working with children of all ages, getting to their know personalities, interests, and improving their social skills is something I enjoy doing on a daily basis at my job. Having the experience to work with kids has made me realize they're at a vital time in their growth life. I want to improve their study, leadership, communication, team building, and organization skills, so they can become successful as they get older. I would be motivated to become a teacher not for the money but because I would love working with children everyday. Developing their minds and teaching children new skills that can be useful in their life is something I am passionate about. Although the pay is not that bad, I would not mind being a teacher because its something that I would enjoy doing. Overall, I would love my job of being a teacher, I would encourage my students to become anything their hearts desire.

Communicating in High School
I believe communicating in High School is not only an important skill to learn but it is also an essential life skill to know. Being able to communicate in high school, you can develop friendships and improve your social skills. An example of good communication skills would be when you are having trouble in a class and you need help, asking a fellow classmate for advice is good. As well as also communicating to your teacher for assistance. Some forms of good communication is emailing, calling, and even going in person to see the teacher. Learning to communicate can later help you when you're attending college, by communicating to the Professor for clarification on a subject. In college you are more independent, so developing good communication skills can help you interact with classmates. It is also an important life skill to know for your professional and personal life. In your professional life it is essential to communicate with your supervisors and co-workers to maintain a good work ethic. In your personal life, being an adult with good communication skills can be useful by resolving certain issues as well as being a parent with children. Knowing what is going on in your kid’s personal life is important because you can build trust and let them know they have someone to talk to if they have any issues in their life.
